“Chill with Coke” winners announced

(BARRIGADA HEIGHTS, Guam—) Coca-Cola Beverage Co. (Guam), Inc. has announced the 13 lucky winners of the 2021 holiday promo dubbed, “Chill with Coke.” 

Coca-Cola Sales Manager Jose Fernandez and Coca-Cola Business Consultant Robby Yamasta presented the winners with valuable prizes including Coca-Cola branded premium merchandise, shopping certificates and restaurant gift cards. 

Marie A. Manglona, Rosita Y. San Nicolas, and Thomas Camacho Jr. brought home a 6- foot-long Coca-Cola Surfboard.

One Coca-Cola Bluetooth Speaker apiece went to Viola S. Lambatin, Neil Brandon P. Espanilla of Dededo, and John Wusstig of Barrigada.

Robert Meno and Rizal Nabuab individually received a Coca-Cola Mountain Smoker.

Vicente Gozum, Roman Remeskang, and Erica Gumataotao won their respective $300 shopping certificates to Pay-Less Supermarkets or Cost U Less.

Christine Sablan and Ana Luk each won a $75 Chili’s Restaurant Gift Card along with a Coca-Cola Hammock and two Coca-Cola Folding Chairs.

All of the winners were pulled at random from island-wide entries. A purchase of any Coca-Cola Fridge Pack (12-count) Family Product qualified for one entry form while a purchase of any Coca-Cola Suitcase (24-count) Family Product was eligible for two entry forms to the “Chill with Coke” holiday promo.

Every year, Coca-Cola holds a holiday promo to spread cheer and goodwill to Coca-Cola lovers on Guam.

Coca-Cola gives away over $12,000 in cash and prizes

Coca-Cola Beverage Co. (Guam), Inc. (CCBG) CEO Marcos W. (BARRIGADA HEIGHTS, Guam—) In what has become an annual tradition, the leader in non-alcoholic beverage once again gave away over $12,000 in cash and prizes in the last quarter of 2018 through “Coca-Cola’s 12 Weeks of the Holidays Promotion”.

Every week for 11 weeks, Coca-Cola drew five lucky winners of valuable shopping, dining, movie, and gas certificates. Of the 44 winners of gift certificates, nine were two-time winners and two won three times for the entire promo duration.

In the twelfth and final weekly drawing, four lucky winners brought home a combined $10,000 in cash prizes. Louis N. Torres of Yigo took the grand prize of $5,000 cash. Dededo resident Janet L. Quintanilla came away with $2,500 cash for first prize.  Second prize winner Lydia C. Parco of Tamuning won $1,500 cash and the third prize of $1,000 cash went to Lorna P. Lalic, who also lives in Yigo.

Powerade bikes and helmets winners announced

BARRIGADA HEIGHTS, GuamCoca-Cola Beverage Co. (Guam), Inc. has awarded each of the eight (8) winners of the Powerade “Get Ready to Be a Roadie” raffle promotion with a brand new Powerade Bike and matching Powerade Helmet at the Coca-Cola corporate offices.  The promotion, held in exclusive partnership with Pay-Less Markets, ran from Aug. 15 to Oct. 15, 2018.

One winner was drawn from each Pay-Less Market location.  The winners include Richard S. Villanueva, winner from Oka Pay-Less; Elizabeth T. Cruz, Agana Pay-Less; Virgilio S. Adriano, Jr., Dededo Pay-Less; Clare Manglona, Sumay Pay-Less; Yolanda S. Aquino, Micronesia Mall Pay-Less; Joan CB Enriquez, Yigo Pay-Less; Richard Manibusan, Sinajana Pay-Less; and Monica Mariano-Perez, Mangilao Pay-Less.

Coke gives away eight $250.00 shopping certificates

BARRIGADA HEIGHTS, GuamCoca-Cola has awarded a $250.00 shopping certificate to each of the winners of its Coke 12-pack family products promotion, “Fall Shopping Giveaway.” The promotion that ran from Aug. 15 to Sept. 30, 2018 entitled customers to one entry form with every purchase of a 12-pack Coke Family Product for a chance to win eight shopping was held in partnership with eight of the leading supermarkets on Guam including Cost U Less Harmon, Cost U Less Tamuning, 7-Day Supermarket Harmon, 7-Day Supermarket Yona, Hafa Adai Market, JS Store, Happy Mart, and Island Fresh.

Seven out of eight winners have claimed their $250 shopping certificates including Otsuka Hideyuki winner drawn from Cost U Less Tamuning; Jose Rosario, CUL Harmon; Ernesto Guerrero, 7-Day Supermarket Yona; Evelyn D. Cruz, Hafa Adai Supermarket, Yigo; Yolanda S. Aquino, 7-Day Supermarket Harmon; Julita T. Perez, JS Store, Toto; and Marianito Bautista, Happy Mart, Barrigada.  The winner from Island Fresh has yet to claim their shopping certificate.

Team Coca-Cola rises above the Trench Challenge

Team Coca-Cola rises above the Trench Challenge

The Coca-Cola Team composed of Nick Fernandez, team captain and erstwhile Glimpses of Guam distribution clerk; Chad Santos, team member and Coke-Foremost warehouse staff; and Anthony Mariano, team member and digital marketing executive, Glimpses Advertising took on the grueling 7-mile (11.26 km) obstacle course race that was Trench Challenge. The trio emerged victorious by completing each hurdle of the recreational division. Coca-Cola, Subway, and Foremost are silver level sponsors of Trench Challenge Adult Obstacle Course Race from 2018 through 2020.

17th Annual Strides for the Cure raises $30K

Powerade hydrates over 2,000 participants

Powerade provided hydration to 2,023 finishers as well as volunteers and supporters of the 17th Annual Strides for the Cure 2K/5K Walkathon fundraiser held Oct. 6th at the Chamorro Village. Coca-Cola Promotions Team served Powerade at the Powerade Hydration Booth and near the huts. Guam Cancer Care Cancer Education Program Manager Karina D. Quito has announced that the event raised $30,000 for the cancer education program, Kids for the Cure.
